At Wowi Designs, we take great pride in our handmade and made-to-order products. All sales are final, and we want to ensure you are fully informed about our shipping procedures.
 

Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your product to be crafted and shipped. Due to the custom nature and complexity of certain designs, the processing time for some orders may vary between 2-4 weeks. Tufting is a meticulous and time-intensive process, and we take great care to ensure the highest quality in every piece we create. We highly appreciate your understanding and patience. 
 

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Pune, India.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Domestic Orders: Once shipped, orders typically take 10-14 business days for delivery within India.

- International Orders: Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of India, please note that:

- Buyers are responsible for all expenses related to the shipment, including customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and any other fees incurred.

- If a package is refused upon delivery, no refund will be issued, and international orders are considered final sale.

Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at woolwishdesigns@gmail.com. We will work with our courier partner to confirm the situation and arrange for a replacement shipment if necessary.

Important Notes

- We rely on third-party logistics for shipping, and any disputes related to damage, incorrect delivery, or other issues must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery attempt. Any claims made after this period will not be processed.
